Our Melbourne-based boutique company assists companies nationally in their recruitment activities.
Our staff has more than a combined 20 years in the areas of manpower development and deployment here and overseas. The team has strengths in customer service, business research and business development.
We started this company because the proponents we spoke to in the different sectors of industry (mining, oil and gas, power, manufacturing, education and health), repeated one question – “do you know where I can get workers?”
For over a decade, we provided project information and again the proponents of industry ended up hiring us to do business development or marketing for them. We provided information but they were short staffed to chase business opportunities. We became a stop gap solution for many.
We have networked and formed partnerships with reputable and licensed companies to provide manpower to other countries.
The Philippines is a reliable source of manpower for many companies. Workers are not only fluent in English but they have great work ethics and top notch skills. And to make hiring easier, the Australian government has test centres in the Philippines so that workers are tested and certified to Australian industry standards.
We have also partnered with migration agencies in Australia and the Philippines. The tedious process of following up visa requirements will be done for you! We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your applications.

Donna Gonzalez Quiason
Donna started her career with Meralco (Manila Electric Company) Foundation Centre for Manpower Development, primarily as a researcher, writer and Managing Editor for its Manpower Digests and other publications. Meralco Foundation has evolved into a technical school (MFI Polytechnic Institute), a highly respected source of manpower worldwide.
In Australia, she worked as the Research Officer for the Chief Economist of Victoria and moved on to positions in the manufacturing, engineering services and construction and mining information sectors. Her network in these sectors is far reaching and this has given her a familiarization of needs cross industries.
She has a passion for assisting companies find workers and providing work for well qualified people.
Brian Wawn
Located in Melbourne, Brian has extensive experience in reporting on mining and other construction projects, in Australia and overseas. He also has extensive experience with consultancy work, aimed at identifying and following-up business opportunities for clients (ranging from public companies to medium-sized and small companies). He writes regularly on mining issues.
Brian was an Australian diplomat from 1970 to 1984, with postings in Germany, Laos and Sri Lanka He is author of the book, The Economies of the ASEAN Countries (published in 1982 by Macmillan, London and, subsequently in Japanese, by Tanizawa, Japan).
Sheryl Castaneda
Sheryl is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience as an Internal Auditor for Metrobank Philippines. She has also worked as an accountant in Singapore for many years. In Australia, among others, she was a Senior Finance Officer and Senior Bookkeeper.
Grace Morong De Juras
Grace has been in the recruitment business for over 20 years. She has deployed manpower for the construction, oil and gas, mining, shipping and manufacturing sectors.
She is our go to Consultant who ensures all the requirements of companies are met to the highest standard.
Sheila Ordonez
Sheila is a licensed Architect in the Philippines. She worked with architectural/construction companies in Australia.
